Im frühen August 2023 erlebte Geldern am Niederrhein eine künstlerische Explosion, als das Paint On Walls Festival, kurz POW, seine Türen öffnete. Obwohl das Festival-Wochenende von starkem Regen gezeichnet war, ließ ich mich nicht entmutigen. Ich kehrte an einem späteren Wochenende zurück, um die Graffiti- und Street Art-Kunstwerke in ihrer vollen Pracht zu dokumentieren.
Das POW ist ein jährliches Highlight im Sommerkalender und zieht talentierte Künstler aus der ganzen Welt an. In diesem Jahr waren Namen wie Mone, Dater, SmoeNova, Nash, Tubuku, Sapo, Doke, Nilko, Oldhaus, Foxy, Reser, Mr Rusl und viele andere Teil dieses kreativen Spektakels.

In early August 2023, Geldern on the Lower Rhine experienced an artistic explosion when the Paint On Walls Festival, or POW for short, opened its doors. Although the festival weekend was marked by heavy rain, I was not discouraged. I returned on a later weekend to document the graffiti and street art in all its glory.
The POW is an annual highlight of the summer calendar, attracting talented artists from around the world. This year names like Mone, Dater, SmoeNova, Nash, Tubuku, Sapo, Doke, Nilko, Oldhaus, Foxy, Reser, Mr Rusl and many others were part of this creative spectacle.
